Our sincerest apologies to Dr, Scott’s patients – due to docs health and unexpected circumstances, we have permanently closed the clinic as of June 2, 2025. Please know that this was not an easy decision and is not taken lightly by any of us that have been by his side. If medical records are needed please email [email protected] and someone will get back to you within 7 business days. If requested through your new primary doctor, please have them fax us the request with a signed release. Thank you and we will miss you all.
